.Summary:
The electro-catalytic oxidation treatment of wastewater has the advantages of rapid reaction rate, high decolorization rate, minimal production of mud, easy management, and easy realization of automatic control. Under electrochemical conditions, it can change the physical and chemical properties of pollutants in sewage, convert organic substances into carbon dioxide and water, make the wastewater harmless, and at the same time, when the concentration of pollutants in the influent water changes, It can be controlled by adjusting voltage and current to ensure stable water discharge. Compared with other processing methods, it has the advantages of short processing time, small equipment volume, and less space and etc. The traditional electrolysis method has many disadvantages, such as high electricity consumption and large consumption of electrode materials, so it has not been widely used in industry.
The equipment of electro catalytic oxidation is a new equipment developed by our company, which deals with printing and dyeing wastewater, dyestuff production wastewater, electroplating wastewater and other waste water. In recent years, the domestic printing and dyeing water treatment widely used this equipment to obtain huge environmental and economic benefits.

The equipment consists of a power control cabinet, an electrocatalytic oxidation reactor, a settler, a filter, etc. The specific scheme is determined based on the water quality experiment.
The device is rectified by means of external processing frequency current and becomes a direct current, and then becomes a continuously adjustable rectangular pulse current input through the pulse circuit. In the positive and negative poles of the electrolyzer, the wastewater in the electrolyzer is oxidized and electrochemical reactions occur near the electrode plates, which play the following roles:
(1) Electrochemical reactions occur on both sides of the plate, and the electrolysis of wastewater produces active hydrogen and active oxygen. Hydroxyl radicals, active hydrogen and active oxygen have strong oxidation and reduction effects. The active hydrogen decolorizes the dyeing substances in the oxidation state of wastewater. Hydroxyl radicals and reactive oxygen species oxidize and decompose dissolved organic matter in the waste water, turning the organic matter into carbon dioxide and water, rendering it harmless.
(2) After the oxidation reaction, the active hydrogen and active oxygen are changed into hydrogen gas and oxygen gas, and they escape in the wastewater with very fine bubbles and adhere to the surface of insoluble substances to achieve the effect of purifying and purifying water.
Electrocatalytic oxidation of organic pollutants, first, the organic matter directly on the surface of the electrode occurs indirect oxidation reaction, and ultimately generate carbon dioxide and water removal, the device to deal with pollutants in two ways: First, the organic material is directly oxidized on the anode . Second, the occurrence of organic radicals on the surface of the fixed bed catalytic filler and the organic material on the surface of the filler occurs during the electrolysis process. The free radical chain reaction is initiated, the organic matter is decomposed into carbon dioxide and water, or the organic matter is easily degradable, which is convenient for centralized sewage treatment. Plant biological treatment. For example, aromas are oxidized and opened to fatty acids. Further simple and economic flocculation treatment can achieve the desired treatment effect.

HO• radicals are strong oxidants with high oxidation activity. The oxidation of organics is carried out in three ways: dehydrogenation, electrophilic reactions, and electron transfer reactions to form activated organic radicals, making them easier to oxidize. Organic compounds or organic free radicals react so that organics can degrade rapidly. The process of degradation of aromatic compounds by hydroxyl radicals is now taken as an example to illustrate the process of molecular oxidative degradation. The degradation of the molecule has undergone roughly three stages: organic substances first diffuse to the surface of the electrode, undergo surface adsorption, and hydroxylation occurs first at the surface. Aromatic ring intermediates, this one process reacts very quickly, followed by the oxidation of intermediate products to small molecules by free radicals. This process is relatively slow, and electrochemical combustion occurs eventually, producing carbon dioxide and water.
 
The equipment can integrate oxidation, reduction, flotation, precipitation, and filtration functions, achieving multi-functionalization and achieving superior technical indicators of extremely small equipment, high efficiency, and low cost.
